As the 100% capital investor, brand controller, and strategic command center of both VRK Group Corporations and ViViD Group Corporations, Mr. Dwivedi embodies the principle of "Single Founder Control + Multi-Entity Structure" — maintaining cohesive vision while enabling diverse business operations across 16+ entities.
His philosophy is rooted in building long-lasting infrastructure first, then innovating on top of it. This is why the VRK Group provides the foundation of stability and the ViViD Group delivers the rocket fuel of modern innovation — together forming a complete business ecosystem.
